Luxury Escapes provides a 7-day change of mind guarantee for our Limited Time Lux Exclusive packages and Luxury Escapes Tours, allowing guests to cancel for a full refund, provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Outside of this guarantee, our packages are non-refundable.
For cruises, we offer a 48-hour refund guarantee, while flights are subject to the airline's terms and conditions immediately after booking.
The 7-day change of mind guarantee does not apply to our Last Minute Escapes, Lux Premium Collection or Lux Partner Properties. Lux Premium Collection and Lux Partner Property bookings are subject to individual terms and conditions dependent on the rate you purchased.
You can check your cancellation policy in the My Escapes section of your account. If your booking is eligible for a cancellation:
On the My Escapes page, click Manage Booking on the relevant package
- Scroll down to the Your Room section and click Cancel Booking
- You will be presented the options that are available for your cancellation. Select the refund method and click Next
- If you select Luxury Escapes credit, the balance will return to your account instantly. If a cash refund is available, the funds will be back on the card used for purchase in 1-3 business days
Please note if you are outside of your cancellation policy the package is non-refundable. Please find below some options that may be suitable for you:
Travel Insurance
If you are unable to travel on your selected dates, we would hope that your travel insurance will be able to help. We can provide you with a letter of cancellation to assist in this process.
Date Change
If you need to amend your booking, you can check the My Escapes section of your account – view the article Can I change the dates on my package? for guidance.
Name Change
We may be able to offer a complimentary name change on the booking, if you have a friend or family member who is able to travel.
